Overview of Mulberry Products
The SOW series single-stage double suction pump is a horizontal open volute centrifugal pump, mainly used for conveying clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water at a temperature not exceeding 105 ℃. Suitable for conveying liquids in water plants, pump stations, power stations, air conditioning circulating water, heating hot water circulation, industrial water supply systems, fire protection systems, ships, oil refining industry (general liquids) and other occasions.

hydraulic power
The optimized hydraulic model not only enables the pump to have excellent hydraulic performance, but also eliminates the problem of axial force (theoretically) that troubles the operation of pumps, especially large pumps. The pump body, pump cover, and impeller are precision cast, and the smooth flow surface improves the anti cavitation performance and efficiency of the pump.

According to the conveying medium or user requirements, use packing seals or mechanical seals without being restricted by steering. For packing seals, there is sufficient space for replacing the packing.
Zhuo working conditions
1. The allowable working pressure is 2.5MPa: that is, the pump inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 2.5MPa. According to the maximum pressure that the pump casing can withstand, the materials of the pump body and pump cover are gray cast iron (1.6 MPa), ductile iron (2.0 MPa), and cast steel (2.5 MPa). Please indicate the pressure condition or material of the pump when placing an order.
2. Medium: Water with a temperature ≤ 105 ℃ or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water (solid particles ≤ 80 mg/L).
Emperor Bearing
1. Sealed rolling bearings lubricated with grease are easy to maintain and have a long operating time.
2. Equipped with a constant oil level oil cup, it can also be lubricated with thin oil.
3. Imported (SKF, NSK, NTN) high-quality bearings are selected for smooth operation, low noise, and long service life.
Liao structure
The pump has a compact structure, good stability, and is designed with a pump casing that is split open. Both imports and exports are located on the pump body, and during maintenance, only the pump cover needs to be lifted out, and the rotor components can be removed for maintenance operations without dismantling the pipelines, which is very convenient.
The electric motor (driver) can be installed on the left or right end as needed, making it convenient for on-site installation. Structurally shortening the axial dimensions of rotor components results in better shaft rigidity and more stable and reliable operation. There is a pump body sealing ring, and the impeller sealing ring is an optional component. The sealing ring can be replaced after wear, reducing operation and maintenance costs.
