With the need for modernization of China's petrochemical equipment, in order to quickly adapt to energy-saving equipment upgrades and develop products that meet international advanced standards and are produced according to API 610 planning. Recently, our unit, together with relevant experts in the pump industry, has jointly researched, discussed, and invented the CQG type high-temperature resistant magnetic drive pump series that has reached the international advanced level, filling the domestic gap.
High temperature resistant magnetic drive pumps are used in petroleum refining, petrochemicals, chemical industries, and other places to transport special petroleum, printing and dyeing raw materials, and their high-temperature media.
The design of this pump has the characteristics of high reliability, long service life, and high universality. The magnetic drive pump, also known as the shaftless pump, replaces the dynamic seal with static seal, so that the overcurrent components of the pump are completely sealed. Due to the use of magnetic coupling transmission, it can replace the problems of running, emitting, dripping, and leaking that the original mechanical pump mechanical seal has always been unable to solve.
The pump without a shaft seal is the only pump with zero leakage because it has no shaft seal.
